Simple protein pancakes made using whey protein.
- 1 Scoop NZProtein Gourmet Vanilla Whey Isolate
- 1/2 Cup oats, blended into a flour
- 2T NZProtein LSA
- 1/2 Banana, mashed
- 1 Egg
- 1/4c Milk of choice (I used coconut)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
- Heat and oil a medium sized pan.
- Pour small dollops of the batter onto the pan and flip when it starts to bubble.
- Top with your favourite fruit and NZProtein Low-Calorie sauce.
