Pea, Chia, Powdered Peanut Butter

Pea Protein & Chia Cookies

These high protein cookies are made using pea protein and chia seeds.

Ingredients

125ml coconut oil
100g coconut sugar
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp NZProtein powdered peanut butter (see instructions on packet)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups NZProtein salted caramel pea protein
1 1/2tsp baking powder
50g NZProtein chia seeds

Directions

Beat coconut oil and sugar. Add maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla essence, mix well.

Add pea protein, baking powder and chia seeds. Mix until well combine.

Roll into balls and place on lined tray. Press with a fork.

Bake at 150 degrees for 8 to 10mins or until golden.

Top with your favourite toppings or enjoy as is.
