Finally, a pizza that gives you gains!
Ingredients - Base
- 2 ½ tbsp oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 heaped scoop NZProtein whey protein (unflavoured)
- ½ tsp crushed garlic
Toppings – additional
- Tomato paste
- ½ tsp dried Italian herbs
- 1 tsp finely diced onion
- 2 finely sliced tomatoes
- 3 large basil leaves roughly chopped
- Mozzarella cheese as desired
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Blend base ingredients together.
3. Pour dough mixture into a hot non-stick pan and fry like a giant pancake.
4. As soon as base can hold its shape remove from pan and add desired toppings.
5. Pop in the oven and leave until cheese starts to melt and base goes golden and crispy.
