Egg White Protein Pancakes

The classic protein pancake stack. A quick and easy recipe to get all your muscle building nutrients on a plate.

Ingredients

2 Scoops NZProtein egg white protein
2 Scoops of your favourite protein powder (I used chocolate)
1/2t Baking powder
1t Sugar/sweetener
1/4c Bran flakes
Milk or water to mix

Directions

1. Combine all dry ingredients together.

2. Add milk, nut milk or water 1/4/c at a time until the mixture is consistent with a thick pancake batter

3. Fry pancake batter and flip when it bubbles.

4. Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
