The high protein sweet treat you didn't know you needed.
Ingredients
- 250ml full fat milk
- 200g high protein greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp freeze dried strawberry powder (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 heaped scoops Nzprotein beef protein (strawberry white choc flavour)
- 2 tbsp collagen powder

Directions
- In a high speed blender mix all ingredients until volume has roughly doubled.
- Immediately seperate into 2 bowls, cover and place in freezer for 40 minutes to set the bubbles.
- Transfer to fridge for overnight and enjoy with desired toppings in the morning.
