Collagen Yoghurt Bark

A really simple recipe with just four ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1c Unflavoured yoghurt
  • 4 Scoops of NZProtein Collagen
  • 1/4c Freeze-dried berries
  • 2T Pumpkin seeds

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir NZProtein Collagen into yoghurt until smooth.
  2. Spread the yoghurt onto a lined baking tray, until it’s about 0.5cm thick.
  3. Top with freeze-dried fruit and seeds and set in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove from the freezer and break into pieces to enjoy! Store in the freezer.
